When working in a school environment there are several requirements that need to be met in order to start and maintain employment.
Pennsylvania School Law requires that all applicants for employment in public and private schools, including employees of independent contractors, undergo background checks if they will have direct contact with students. As a contractor working in a school in Pennsylvania, you will also be required to be tested for TB. For more information, 28 PA Code, Chapter 23 Section 23.44 covers Tuberculin testing of school personnel. You can download the School Personnel Health Record form by clicking here.
Start the fingerprint registration process online by visiting https://uenroll.identogo.com/
Enter Service Code "1KG6XN" and press continue.
If prompted, choose "Employment" as the reason for requesting the clearance. We cannot accept "Volunteer" or "Department of Human Services" as an option.
Follow the on screen steps to complete registration.
Upon completion, a designated list of authorized fingerprint locations will be provided to you. You must take a copy with you to the fingerprinting facility.

Creating an account and submitting your clearance application online will give you immediate access to your results or the status of your results if your results cannot be processed immediately.
